- Women's Small Groups:
- Amity Circle
Monday, January 11, at 1:00 pm in the church Library. They will be viewing a movie with discussion to follow. Amity Circle meets the second Monday of each month. Contact: Lynne Harms, 874-3351
- Fellowship of Christian Working Women (FCWW)
Call Paula Jacobsen for further information at 560-5531,meets for lunch monthly in various locations in northern GR area.
- Katherine Sears Circle
Meeting on Thursday, November 5 at 10:00 AM in the Fellowship Hall for light snacks and a program. Meets monthly Thursday afternoons with a focus on biblical study. Contact Wanda Northcutt, 863-5990.
- Methodist Moms
Meeting on Mondays, January 4 and 18, from 9:30-11:30 in the church Library. Childcare is provided for these meetings. Methodist Moms meets the first and third Monday of each month for discussion and Bible study. Free childcare provided--how about asking your neighbors or new residents to join you? The Moms also sponsor a Girls' Night Out once a month for all--even those of us moms who can't attend the Monday meetings. Each meeting features a different study, and the group sponsors various projects throughout the year. New members are always welcome! - Promise Keepers
Meets Thursday mornings, 6:30-7:30 am in room 205, Education Wing, with coffee and donuts. Along with biblical study, this group is also active with many different service projects throughout the year. Contact Larry Travis, via church office, 866-9515.

- Hassenpfeffer Night
The next Hassenpfeffer (or Super-Euchre) night is being planned for Friday November 20 at 7:00PM. Bring a snack to share; beverages will be provided. Come play Hassenpfeffer (even if you've never played, come anyway-it is easy and like a ‘super euchre') one Friday per month, hosted by Dick and Jan Riley in Fellowship Hall. Call church office at 866-9515 for this month's date.
- Adult Potluck
Mark your 2010 calendar for Thursday, January 21, for the Adult Potluck. We meet at noon in in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring your own table service and a dish to pass. Beverage provided.
Kevin Sweeney will be presenting a program about Identity Theft. It should be very informative. All are welcome!
The adult potluck group is open to all adults and we strive to have our meetings on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Occasionally we have a program but every month you are assured of great food and fellowship. We meet at 12:00 noon and bring our own table service and dish to share. Contact Barb, 866-4373.

- Friday Fun
What is Friday Fun? It is an opportunity for people of all ages to have some fun on a Friday Night! The Junior High Youth and conneXtions groups are getting together to offer fun, fellowship and food. The first one will be held on October 23.
- Empty Nesters and Wannabes
Empty Nester’s and Wannabes is for those in their 40s and 50s, single or married who would like to become more connected with their church family in a fun and friendly environment.
- Pedro Group
Due to our snowbirds flying South, the Pedro Group will be on hiatus for January and February. We will resume on Friday, March 5, at 7:00 pm at the church. The Pedro group meets on the 1st Friday of the month, March through December. Every other month we have a potluck at 6:00 PM. The alternate months we meet at 7:00 PM for cards and dessert. It is open to everyone in the church. Pedro is a card game which is very easy to learn.
- CONNEXTIONS
CONNEXTIONS is RUMC's Young Adult group, for singles and couples in their twenties and thirties.
